Control electrostatic charge during the loading and unloading of non-conductive flammable substances, Minimize the risk of sparks and ignition of potentially explosive atmosphere.
Need another solution? Contact UsQuality, Health, Safety and Environment standards (QHSE) for protecting personnel and plant assets, require the implementation of counter measures where explosion hazards have been identified.
During the loading and unloading of Non-conductive flammable liquids and powders, electrostatic charge is generated on conductive objects (Trucks, Railcars, Rail tankers, Barrels, Drums, Big bags, Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) , Skids and Lease Automatic and Custody Transfer (LACT) units).
To mitigate hazardous levels of energy for spark formation and the ignition of material in the atmosphere, earthing and continuous monitoring is required during the complete loading and unloading processes.
